Our Purpose

Bringing the best of the Past into the Future.
We take an architectural resource, find a new use for it, revitalize it for future use, while maintaining and preserving the building’s architectural authenticity, character and spirit of the property.

We are a group of architects whose lifelong commitment and purpose and has to been to restore, revitalize, preserve and protect architectural assets.

There are dedicated and talented professionals and tradespersons we partner with to round out every aspect of architectural reconstruction and restoration. We have built relationships with our partners over the course of many projects and years. This allows us to handpick who we bring into a project based upon their expertise and skill-sets to provide innovative and appropriate professional services for your project.

Testimonials

City of Xenia, OH

"As Community Development and Downtown Coordinator for the small heartland city of Xenia, Ohio, I am indebted to Heritage Architectural Associates for their architectural vision, leadership and perseverance in completing our pay-it-forward One Bistro project in Xenia’s National Register-listed historic downtown. Heritage took on perhaps the most challenging small project possible on Xenia’s historic Main Street, and delivered an award-winning community restaurant that is now a regional delight."
